Dead Puppies Found In Trash Bag Behind Revere Gas Station

CBS Boston

REVERE (CBS) – Police are investigating the death of two puppies that were found in a trash bad behind a Revere gas station.

Revere police said Sunday the dogs were found behind Sunoco on North Shore Road.

A landscaper told police about the trash bag on Saturday night when he returned to the business to pick up bags of leaves he left there the previous day.

Both of the small dogs, one black and one brown, have cropped tails. The Animal Rescue League took both as a part of the investigation.

Police are asking residents for help as they investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call the Revere Police Department at (781) 656-1114.
