Red Sox Honor Veterans With Hospital, Shelter Visits

BOSTON (CBS) — The Boston Red Sox made sure to honor those who have served their country on Veteran’s Day by visiting veterans hospitals and homeless shelters throughout Massachusetts on Tuesday.

Red Sox alumnus Sam Horn and mascot Wally the Green Monster, along with other members of the Red Sox front office, paid visits to the West Roxbury VA Hospital, the Brockton VA Hospital, and the Pine Street Inn in Boston.
